I tried their new menu....! Tried a number 8, Only $13.19 SRP. Chicken and bacon had no flavor in my opinion. All you taste is the garlic sauce. Just say NO!
I had a $5.99 coupon. Sorry it was not even worth that.

They were very busy felt sorry for the only 2 girls working there. But I don’t mind the wait, but I tried one of the new 12 subs they had, the Mexicali……it was very disappointing. Still wanna try some of the other new ones but scared… they are way overpriced!

I am getting QUITE FED UP with Subway! In my town of Escanaba Michigan, we have two Subway locations, and both of them now have signs up on their doors saying they are not accepting coupons. Yet I just got some in the mail last week and they don't expire until later in August. I found out about them not accepting coupons because earlier this week I went to one of the locations to get subs for my household for lunch and wanted to use the coupons I had just got in the mail. Only, when I got there and approached the door, I saw the note about the "not accepting coupons," so instead, I went to the Little Ceasers down the street and told them about how I wanted Subway but won't give them MY BUSINESS when they give us coupons that they won't even accept!!! UNREAL!!!...like,WHY SEND PEOPLE COUPONS IF YOU ARE NOT EVEN CREDIBLE OR ETHICAL ENOUGH TO TAKE THEM????!!!! So, then I get home on my computer to look up their complaint number, find it, dial it....and all I get was an automated voice saying to visit their website to reach Customer Care!!! I had just been at their website prior to calling and they leave NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH THEM!!! All they do is allow give you a form to submit online, which they probably will NEVER READ OR ANSWER!!!! This is AMONG THE WORST customer experiences and example of BUSINESS ETHICS that I have EVER SEEN!!! Their corporate needs to go to business school because they are showing by these practices that they are aiming to run SUBWAY RIGHT INTO THE GROUND, rather than make a successful well-liked entity!!!! Word of mouth and customer dollar votes are the number one determinate of a business' success or failure, my college professors always said. With ethics and service the way Subway is showing, it shows they don't care about their customers, their ethics, their employees, and not even themselves...total lack of care, responsibility, reputation and pride!!! They may think they are cuttings costs and making money now, but given a little time they WILL FOUNDER by treating people as horrible as they are!!! They WILL lose those dollar votes and they WILL pis* off enough customers and employees, then those people will talk to their friends and family....and then THOSE people will begin to have bad experiences themselves and they THEY WILL TALK....and so on and so on!!! Sooner or later they will lose more and more business and profits and their bad reputation will show itself...they will lose in the end if they haven't already started with the problems!!! In fact, they've already LOST MY DOLLAR VOTES!!!...and I've already shared and warned my friends and family, and they are turned off on Subway now also!!!!

I went to Subway located within the Walmart store on Vista Knoll Parkway in Reno, NV. They were advertising 12 new sandwiches, one of which was a Philly Cheese Steak, so I ordered it, toasted and when the serer put raw onions & bell peppers on it, I was a little hesitant but, it would be OK. When I unwrapped the sandwich it didn't even smell like a Philly Cheese Steak, it was just a Roast Beef with onions & bell peppers.
Had I not been so hungry, I would have taken it back for a refund. I know it was not the fault of the employee, he was just building it like the menu says.
Well, Subway you completely FAILED THIS NEW SANDWICH. IT WAS TERRIBLE!! and yes, I will let everyone know, not to order it.

I love Subway but they ruined the wraps when they switched to flour. It hanges the taste, not favorably. Other than that, the sandwiches on bread are good.

Subway's have become GARBAGE in Massachusetts! there is never Swiss cheese, the quality and quantity of ingredients are horrible and the service is getting worse every day!

This location is horrible. Horrible attitudes and they refuse to answer the phone, EVER!!! I’ve been trying to call this location for 20 minutes, over a dozen separate calls and it just rings and rings until someone hangs up the call in my face. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN and I love Subway! And I will tell everyone I know to NEVER go to this location again. I’d rather drive 20 min than ever try this location again. Ridiculousness. I’ll be posting this experience on the website as well.

These people won't accept any coupons. So if you're trying to save up money with what they offer. Good luck with that. Looks like they're trying squeeze in their beloved California money.

Use door dash (delivery) and they left off part of order (a whole sandwich), left off the cheese on a ham and "cheese" sandwich and slopped the rest in sacks with brown substance all over them which looks like poo. Will never eat at a subway again.

Subway in Union S. C. Can't even take a order right!! Ordered a tray for a death for A great friend. They didn't even get it right. Never order or eat anything from there!!

All my gift cards gone. Suddenly it removed from apps. I had total worth of more than $45. Three gift cards were (each $15) and few more. All gone. I am trying to add again, it shows some account close and some zero balance.

The local subway on Best does not take coupons anymore, I bought a wrap ( which was not covered on coupon and I knew that) they did inform me that they stopped taking coupons though ( I did I not present one but I did ask about coupons. I looked it up and they do advertise coupons in a local advertisement that if you bring in they will not accept. Bummer, don't think I want to go there because of that. Didn't save receipt. Doesn't matter. The wrap was soggy when I got home. Live 10 min away. Will not go back again. Couldn't see through glass to see what dressings I could have. I thought it was distortion. No, not clean. Ick!

Recently I received Subway coupons in the mail. These coupons are a great deal and don’t expire until July 31, 2022. Today I decided to use a coupon to treat my mom and myself. Well I went to 2 Subways, inside the Walmart in Hammond and on Ridge Road in Griffith, Indiana. Both had signs posted saying due to high prices of ???? ( not sure of the exact wording) that they are not excepting coupons. I thought the idea of coupons were to give the customers a deal and increase business. Both locations were empty. A few were coming in when I was leaving the Griffith location. They too had coupons in their hands.

The time before this I wanted to use a coupon (bogo) - it said it expired on that day. The person scanned it then made the sandwiches. Went to pay - the coupon is no good. So actually it expired the day before. They went in the thrash - I left.

Yesterday - the coupon expires 3/4 way through the next month - coupon no good - it is not good until the start of the next month - nothing tells you that.

If the management and coupons are bad I'll never get to the food. In the past I had no such problems and other than the fact the bread has enough sugar to be a do-nut and the kind I want is usually sold out, it was good. They are not my go to anymore - veggie delight. Too many corporate profit monger games.
